Driver stations must be wired for clip on controllers with dynamic brakes.
Lap timing and counting shall must be computerised. The software musr be capable of creating log files showing lap counts, and lap times.
Power should be a minimum of 16 volts. If wall warts are used there should be one per lane.
No criss cross, squeeze, wiggle, jump, loop, or other "Trick" sections allowed. I think that model motoring bridge, and or cobblestone sections would be ok. Any banking should be negotiable by a bone stock TJet. Modern Tyco, Tomy, and LifeLike banked turns are too steep.
Overpasses must be easy to marshall, no 1 inch high overpasses, or difficult turns underneath. Overpasess should be at least 3" high.
There should be adequate lighting, space for marshalls, and pit space.
